The question of standardization of banking product «refinancing of credits of other banks»

In the context of the shortage of quality borrowers, limiting the development of the banking sector, commercial banks are forced to generate new credit products in the struggle for the client. One of them is the refinancing of loans from third - party banks, which has become one of the drivers in the corporate lending market since the end of 2017. In order to unify the product, the article proposes to develop a standard for the process of refinancing loans. Its purpose is to form public and transparent rules of interaction between the Bank and the borrower when issuing a loan. A Matrix of requirements for the components of the refinancing process, reflecting the best practices of leading domestic banks.
